To start healthier and build new healthy habits Take some time to reflects on yourself, to focus on prevention and to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Use the moodiness of this season to find relaxing ways to rest and calm, and work on your mental health. Autumn is the time to warm the bodies with immune supporting food & vitamins.


The best way to ingest vitamins is through food. So enjoy in your warm soups this month! Do not forget the chocolate drink with some cinnamon. See and choose one from the milion recipes from pumpkin and enjoy one cooking evening :)
